He has been a pioneer in the Optical Brightening Agent industry and had been exporting globally to the multinational companies finding application in paper, textile, and detergent sectors. He has collaborated with MNC’s for product development on a sustained basis. In 2022 he sold his company to Dorf Ketal Private Limited and has been a strategic advisor on their board for organic and inorganic growth. With a successful business track record and a passionate entrepreneur at heart he is looking to establish a trading house for Chemicals, Pharmaceutical raw materials and API’s to put his industry knowledge & experience to the best use. He has in depth knowledge about the Indian Chemical industry including ranging from Procurement to product knowledge and the end clients. He has worked with a lot of Chinese suppliers for about 2 decades benefitting both the economies.
Sonal Nayyar is an accomplished professional with a strong engineering background and extensive global experience in the Human Resources domain. Having worked in major international business hubs such as Tokyo, New York City, Singapore, and Hong Kong, she has developed a nuanced understanding of diverse corporate cultures and business practices. This international exposure allows her to excel in establishing long-term client relationships, making her a vital asset in fostering global partnerships. Her proximity to China, combined with fluency in Mandarin, gives her a unique edge in negotiating and managing relations with Chinese suppliers and clients. Sonal’s ability to bridge technical expertise with human resource management ensures streamlined operations, enhanced client engagement, and long-lasting, trust-based relationships. This rare combination of skills positions her as a strategic player in navigating the complexities of global business.
Ms. Bhandari, an Economics graduate from Sophia College and a master's degree holder in History from Rajasthan University, has established a notable entrepreneurial career across various sectors. She founded a contemporary clothing and accessories boutique in Ahmedabad, successfully positioning it within the city's luxury retail landscape. As a Partner at Khyati Chemical Industries, driving the company’s growth. Ms. Bhandari is also dedicated to philanthropic efforts, particularly focusing on menstrual hygiene awareness in rural India. Recognized with the Times Power Women Award in 2018, she served as Chairperson of the Ahmedabad chapter of FICCI FLO, where she championed female entrepreneurship and artisanal excellence, inspiring a new generation of women leaders. Her unwavering commitment to social causes reflects her belief in empowering women and creating sustainable positive change & she is leading the CSR efforts for Khyati Industries.

With over 12 years of experience in business management, he has developed a proven track record in sales, marketing, financial management, and accounting. His analytical mindset and strategic approach have consistently driven business growth and profitability, while his expertise in financial analysis enables data-driven decisions that optimize resource allocation. Anuj is also skilled in project management, allowing him to oversee complex initiatives effectively.
